Job summary

Bloom Energy in Bengaluru is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to perform PCBA/sub-assembly inspections, calibrate test instruments, and support UL surveillance audits. The role requires strict adherence to IPC/J-EDEC/ESD/MSD standards and thorough documentation.

You will conduct process audits, prepare performance reports, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams. ESD verification and packing audits are also included.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years working experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services company
• Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in IPC, J-EDEC/ESD/MSD standards

Responsibilities

• Perform PCBA/Sub assembly/Module Inspection
• Ensure measuring/test instruments are calibrated and maintain calibration reports
• Support UL Surveillance Audit and maintain related reports
• Conduct process audits at fixed frequency
• Provide disposal action support for suspected parts
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly quality performance reports and drive for action with cross-functional team
• Monitor and perform ESD verifications
• Conduct packing and out-of-box audits
