Job summary

SRF in India invites a qualified candidate for field operations at our Bhiwadi, Rajasthan facility. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and continuous production with hands-on management of solvents and raw materials, reactors, heat exchangers, and compressors.

The ideal candidate holds ITI (AOCP) and has 1–4 years of relevant experience, willing to work on-site in a dynamic plant environment. This position offers growth opportunities within SRF's manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• ITI (AOCP) certification required.
• 1–4 years of relevant field experience.
• Location: Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations for safe, efficient, continuous production.
• Prepare daily field reports and ensure accurate shift handover documentation.
• Manage emergencies and troubleshoot process upsets to maintain zero-incident operations.
• Support plant commissioning activities including P&ID markup and piping tracking.
• Handle solvents and raw materials safely.
• Operate reactors, heat exchangers, and compressors.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Role & responsibilities

• 1. field operations for a large-scale, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous production
• 2. Prepare daily field reports and ensure accurate shift handover/takeover documentation
• 3. Handle emergency situations and troubleshoot process upsets, maintaining zero-incident operations during tenure.
• 4. Participated in full plant commissioning: P&ID markup, mechanical piping completion tracking, line flushing, and Oxidizer/Extractor/Distillation column tray fitting
• 5. Solvent Handling
