Job summary

Anyworks In Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator responsible for loading, unloading, stacking and organizing goods, while ensuring safety and accuracy in inventory movements.

You will perform inspections, coordinate with logistics teams, maintain documentation, and support packing and shipping activities, adhering to FIFO and company standards.

Qualifications

• Qualification: 12th, ITI and above.
• Experience certificate as Forklift Operator.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on forklift experience in industrial or warehouse settings.
• Valid Driving License with forklift endorsement.
• Knowledge of forklift safety procedures, load handling techniques and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Forklift / Reach Truck for loading, unloading, stacking, and organizing goods.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections to verify forklift functionality and report issues.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness (5S) and follow safety rules.
• Ensure accuracy in stock movement and maintain proper documentation.
• Support loading/unloading of trucks and containers.
• Transport materials to designated storage locations or production locations.
• Maintain records of material movement and forklift usage for tracking and compliance.
• Adhere to safety regulations site protocols and environmental cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and logistics teams for seamless workflow.
• Wrap loaded pallets using pallet wrapping machine.
• Schedule vehicles for maintenance and repairs.
• Pick, pack and wrap orders for shipment.
• Check materials and match them with delivery invoices.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Verify forklift inspection points daily.
• Assist in inventory stock checks.
• Record information in logbooks (inward/outward).
• Assist in packing and follow packing standards.
• Review and confirm invoice and materials during sending/receiving.
• Follow FIFO when transferring materials from warehouse.

Job description

We are looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent attention to detail for the position of Forklift operator.

Forklift operators are responsible for optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency, scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs, and managing inventory, among other duties.

Forklift operator will need to transport valuable items, requiring diligence and good hand-eye coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 1) Safely operate Forklift / Reach Truck for loading, unloading, stacking, and organizing goods.

• 3) Maintain warehouse cleanliness (5S) and follow all safety rules and procedures

• 6) Transport materials to designated storage locations or production locations in accordance with operational schedules.
• 7) Maintain detailed records of material movement and forklift usage for tracking and compliance purposes.
• 8) Strictly adhere to safety regulations site protocols and environmental cleanliness standards.
• 9) Collaborate effectively with supervisors logistics teams and fellow workers to support seamless workflow operations.
• 10) Wrapping of loaded Pallet by using Pallet wrapping machine
• 11) Scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs.
• 12) Picking, Packing and wrapping orders for shipment.
• 13) Check materials and match them with delivery invoices.
• 14) Follow the instructions from supervisors.
• 15) Ensure the forklift inspection points are verified and the checklist is updated daily.
• 16) Assist in the inventory stock check activity on a regular basis.
• 17) Record the information in logbooks, both inward and outward registers should be maintained regularly.
• 18) Assist in Packing activity and follow the company packing standards.
• 19) Review and confirm the invoice and materials during both sending and receiving.
• 20) Adhere to the FIFO system when transferring materials from the warehouse.

Requirements:

• 1) Qualification: 12th, ITI and above.
• 2) Should have experience certificate as a Forklift Operator.
• 3) Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a forklift operator in industrial or warehouse environments.
• 4) Valid Driving License with relevant forklift endorsement.
• 5) Proven knowledge of forklift safety procedures load handling techniques and risk mitigation practices.
• 6) Ability to perform routine equipment checks and identify mechanical or operational issues.
• 7) Basic English communication skills (to read simple safety and inventory instructions)
• 8) Excellent hand-eye coordination.
