Title: Technical Writer

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Pune

• 6+ years of overall experience including at least 5+ years as a technical writer, ideally in the field of data management, business analysis, and/or software development.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure suite of tools, Atlassian tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc.), and agile software development methodology holistically will be key.
• Familiarity with data management and analysis technologies, databases, and software development concepts.
• Proven experience with SQL including basic queries is a must have.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Assesses the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended; adjusts tone and technical terms used to meet those needs and to ensure understanding.
• Proficiency in using documentation and document management tools and software as outlined above.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
