Job Summary

The Technical Training Coordinator will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs tailored for interns and fresh graduates. This role involves creating training materials, organizing workshops, and ensuring that new hires are well-prepared for their roles.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage training programs for engineering and degree students, focusing on technical skills and professional development.
Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.
Coordinate with academic institutions and industry experts to organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures.
Conduct training sessions and workshops both in the office and on college campuses.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Provide mentorship and support to freshers throughout their training period.
Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Track and report on training progress and outcomes.
