Job summary

HopingMinds is seeking a Technical Trainer specializing in C++ and Data Structures & Algorithms. This remote, temporary role focuses on designing and delivering structured online sessions, workshops, and assignments aligned with industry-ready curricula.

You will create learning materials, coding exercises, assessments, and projects; mentor students; participate in code reviews; and collaborate with the academic team to refine content in response to learner performance and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Training and Trainers roles focused on C++ and DSA.
• Curriculum design, session planning, and learner assessment experience.
• Strong communication and training skills to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learners.
• Advanced knowledge of C++, DSA, problem solving, and coding best practices; teaching/mentoring preferred.
• Remote/online training delivery using digital platforms and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/Engineering.

The Technical Trainer will design and deliver structured online training sessions, workshops, and assignments focused on core C++ concepts, object-oriented programming, and fundamental to advanced DSA topics. Responsibilities include preparing learning materials, coding exercises, assessments, and projects that align with industry expectations and HopingMinds’ curriculum. The trainer will guide students through problem‑solving techniques, code reviews, and best practices, while providing constructive feedback and mentoring to help learners become job‑ready. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to continuously refine content based on learner performance and evolving industry trends.

• Candidates should possess Training and Development skills, including curriculum design, session planning, and learner assessment.

• Candidates should possess advanced knowledge of C++, DSA, problem‑solving, and coding best practices, with prior teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
