Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate SDE / DSA Instructor who can mentor aspiring software engineers in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Problem Solving, System Design, and Software Development.
The ideal candidate should have strong coding fundamentals, excellent teaching abilities, and hands‑on software development experience. You will train students to crack product‑based company interviews while helping them build an engineering mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Training
- Deliver live and recorded sessions on Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Teach problem‑solving techniques using industry‑standard approaches.
- Train students on coding interview preparation.
- Conduct sessions on object‑oriented programming and software engineering principles.
- Teach Low‑Level Design (LLD) and introductory High‑Level Design (HLD).
- Cover time complexity, space complexity, and optimization techniques.
- Guide students on competitive programming strategies.
Programming Languages
Must be proficient in one or more:
- C++
- Java

- Conduct doubt‑solving sessions.
- Review coding assignments and projects.
- Provide one‑on‑one mentoring to students.
- Track learner performance and suggest improvement plans.
- Conduct mock interviews and coding assessments.
- Design structured learning paths.

- Prepare coding contests and assessments.
- Continuously improve course content based on industry trends.
Community Engagement
