You will conduct hands-on coding sessions, design assignments, and prepare students for coding interviews and technical assessments, while collaborating with the academic team to enhance employability and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and structured training sessions on C++ programming and DSA.
• Teach C++ fundamentals including OOP concepts, STL, pointers, memory management, and advanced programming concepts.
• Train students on Data Structures and Algorithms, including Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists, Stacks and Queues, Trees and Graphs, Hashing, Recursion and Backtracking, Sorting and Searching, Greedy Algorithms, Dynamic Programming, Time and Space Complexity.
• Provide hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and real-world problem-solving tasks.
• Prepare students for coding interviews, competitive programming, and technical assessments.
• Conduct coding tests, assessments, mock interviews, and doubt-solving sessions.
• Explain complex programming concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Track student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with current industry trends, coding practices, and interview patterns.
• Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to improve students’ technical and employability skills.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate C++ & Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) Trainer to join our academic team. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training and helping students build strong programming, problem-solving, and algorithmic thinking skills.
