Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of Solar PV systems and renewable energy technologies.
• Hands-on installation, testing, and maintenance of solar systems.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, earthing, inverters, batteries and charge controllers.
• Familiarity with electrical safety standards and PPE usage.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and field visits.
• Basic computer skills: MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel.
