Job summary

KronoTech Labs is seeking Technical Trainers to join our growing team. You will train and mentor students across locations, explaining concepts clearly and driving hands-on practice in Java, C, Python with DSA. The role involves travel to various colleges and centers to conduct sessions.

The position starts with a 3-month probation during which a stipend is paid, with potential for full-time conversion based on performance. Strong communication and teaching passion are essential.

POSITION: Technical Trainer

Core Technical Skills — Any one or more:

• Java + DSA
• C + DSA
• Python + DSA

• Passion for teaching and mentoring students
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, practical & beginner-friendly way
• Confidence in conducting classroom/workshop sessions
• Willingness to travel to different locations for training programs
• Candidates with additional technical skills are highly preferred

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

Probation Period: 3 Months

Stipend During Probation: ₹20,000/month

Based on performance during the probation period, candidates will be considered for full-time conversion with an LPA-based salary package.
