Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Textile Coating Sales Representative based in the Greater Surat Area. The role involves identifying and developing sales opportunities for textile coating chemicals, building and maintaining relationships with textile manufacturers, processors, and traders, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. The representative will conduct regular customer visits, present technical product features and benefits, and recommend suitable solutions for coating, dyeing, printing, and finishing applications. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing product demonstrations, coordinating trials, and ensuring timely order follow-up and delivery. The role also requires collaboration with technical teams for troubleshooting, training customer staff on product usage, and gathering market feedback to support product and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, with experience in industrial or textile chemicals.
• Customer Service and Communication skills for managing client relationships and resolving issues effectively.
• Ability to deliver product Training, presentations, and on-site demonstrations to customer teams.
• Knowledge of textile processes (coating, dyeing, printing, finishing) and related chemical applications.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a sales territory.
• Comfort working on-site with frequent customer visits in the Greater Surat Area.
• Diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; local language skills in addition to English are an advantage.
