Role Description The Technical Team Lead at Essence Innovation will oversee the end-to-end delivery of software features for the AI-powered health app, guiding a cross-functional engineering team through design, development, testing, and deployment. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical discussions, reviewing code, ensuring adherence to best practices, and troubleshooting complex issues in collaboration with developers and product stakeholders. The role involves planning and managing projects, setting priorities and timelines, and coordinating with product management and UX to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. The Technical Team Lead will coach and mentor team members, support performance improvement, and foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district.
