About the Role

We are looking for a Manager preferably from the Salesforce or HubSpot ecosystem. This role requires a strong balance of technical understanding of integrations, customer-facing communication, team management, and end-to-end project management.

You will be responsible for owning integration projects, managing cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Integration Oversight

• Working knowledge of handling projects with node.js and CRM integrations
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of API integrations between CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and third-party tools
• Guide teams on data syncs, workflows, and automation across systems
• Review technical solutions and assist in troubleshooting complex API, data, and integration issues
• Ensure adherence to best practices for integration architecture, security, and scalability
• Manage and mentor a team of API Integration Specialists and developers
• Allocate tasks, manage priorities, and resolve delivery blockers
• Provide regular feedback, technical guidance, and performance support
• Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement

Project Management & Delivery

• Own projects end-to-end from requirement gathering and planning to execution, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Track progress, manage delivery schedules, and ensure adherence to SLAs
• Coordinate with RevOps, Engineering, Implementation, and Client Success teams
• Act as the primary technical project owner in customer conversations
• Lead client discussions around requirements, timelines, progress updates, and issue resolution
• Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and delivery plans
• Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively communicate risks or changes

CRM & Data Operations

• Oversee integration requirements, data flow design, and system dependencies
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across connected tools
• Guide schema mapping, documentation, and data governance standards

Documentation, QA & Process Excellence

• Ensure clear and up-to-date technical and project documentation
• Oversee QA testing before releases and during enhancements
• Drive process improvements for delivery, documentation, and handovers

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, API integrations, CRM platforms, or RevOps tooling
• Strong hands-on exposure to Salesforce and/or HubSpot APIs
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth/authentication, and data models
• Proven experience managing projects, teams, and customer conversations
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
