Job summary

Ciel HR is seeking a Team Leader to oversee delivery across multiple IT Infrastructure Managed Services engagements, ensuring customer requirements and SLAs are met from its Gurugram operations. The role emphasizes proactive optimization, value generation, and staff management to sustain project success.

The Team Leader will drive improvements, participate in client meetings, and explore upsell opportunities while maintaining staffing levels and controlling attrition.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer engagements are running to the satisfaction of client and all internal stake holders.
• Meet the margin targets on each of the engagements.
• Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with customer, identify areas for improvement, establish and followup on a roadmap for implementing the same
• Proactively identify areas of optimization, automation and value generation in each of the client engagements
• Proactively identify opportunities for upsell and cross sell or improvement of services delivered
• Keep all the engagements well staffed, manage hiring and attrition
