Job summary

Bluehost is seeking a senior customer support engineer to own and resolve the most complex technical escalations across VPS, Dedicated, and advanced hosting environments, end-to-end. You’ll support Node.js, Next.js, and containerized apps, troubleshoot issues on AlmaLinux, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on emerging platforms.

You will mentor T3 engineers and drive systemic improvements while documenting playbooks and best practices.

Qualifications

• Own and resolve the most complex technical escalations across VPS, Dedicated, and advanced hosting environments, end-to-end.
• Support modern development stacks including Node.js, Next.js, and containerized applications across diverse customer environments.

• Build and contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, and best practices for next-generation hosting support.
