Job summary

Movate, a global digital technology and CX services company, invites an experienced Technical Support Engineer for International Voice Process at Ambattur, Chennai. This night-shift role requires experienced candidates; freshers are not suitable.

6 months+ in an International Voice Process and strong technical support skills are essential. You'll diagnose and resolve issues with first-call resolution while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
• Technical Support experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer handling skills.
