Job summary

Vertoz in Navi Mumbai is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to handle tickets, emails, and calls while troubleshooting hosting, DNS and connectivity issues. You will analyze logs, resolve issues within SLAs, document steps, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
