Job summary

Mech-Mind Robotics is a global leader in 3D vision and AI-powered industrial automation solutions with customers in over 50 countries. We are seeking a solutions engineer to support outside sales, bridge sales and solutions engineering, and lead technical demonstrations and proposals.

You will provide expert technical support through the sales cycle, identify customer needs, and help shape proposals and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a solutions engineer or in a similar technical sales role.
• Understanding of automation solutions such as conveying, ASRS, sortation, robotics.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Based in Pune, India with willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Understanding of types of automation solutions such as conveying, ASRS, goods‑to‑person, sortation, palletizing, depalletizing, piece picking, automated vehicles, and industrial/collaborative robots.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Based in Pune, India, willingness to travel up to 50%.
