Job summary

Mech Mind Robotics, Bengaluru, is seeking a solutions engineer in a technical sales environment. The role supports the outside sales team, coordinates between sales and solutions engineering, and participates in technical demonstrations, presentations, and customer proposals.

The candidate will provide technical expertise through the sales cycle, identify customer requirements, and help craft solution-based proposals that address them, including contract support and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years in a technical sales or solutions engineering role preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support outside sales team with strategic customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales strategies and customer interaction of the outside sales team.
• Develop and implement processes between sales and solutions engineering.
• Coordinate and participate in technical demonstrations, presentations and proposals for customers and prospects.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify customer requirements and pain points, and propose solutions that address them.
• Responsible for the conceptual sales technology specification of proposals and support sales in contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 3+ years of experience as a solutions engineer or similar role in a technical sales environment. Understanding of types of automation solutions such as conveying, ASRS, goods‑to‑person, sortation, palletizing, depalletizing, piece picking, automated vehicles, and industrial/collaborative robots. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Based in Bengaluru, India , willingness to travel up to 50%.
