Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales strategies and customer interaction of the outside sales team.
• Develop and implement processes between sales and solutions engineering.
• Coordinate and participate in technical demonstrations, presentations and proposals for customers and prospects.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify customer requirements and pain points, and propose solutions that address them.
• Responsible for the conceptual sales technology specification of proposals and support sales in contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 3+ years of experience as a solutions engineer or similar role in a technical sales environment.
• Understanding of types of automation solutions such as conveying, ASRS, goods-to-person, sortation, palletizing, depalletizing, piece picking, automated vehicles, and industrial/collaborative robots.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Based in Bengaluru, India, willingness to travel up to 50%.
