Siemens is seeking a proactive Technical Support Engineer in Gurgaon to provide pre-sales, installation support, commissioning assistance, and troubleshooting for HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) products. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for pre-sales activities, including product application, selection, sizing, and solution recommendations.
• Support installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of HVAC control and comfort products.
• Perform selection and sizing of field devices such as: Control valves, PICVs, Actuators, Temperature, pressure, and humidity sensors, Differential pressure devices and related HVAC components.
• Guide customers, contractors, and partners on best practices for installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Assist in hydraulic/hydronic balancing of HVAC systems and recommend suitable balancing solutions.
• Provide technical consultation for HVAC automation and BMS applications.
• Collaborate with sales, service, product management, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct technical training sessions and workshops for internal teams, channel partners, consultants, contractors, and system integrators.
• Analyze field issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, emerging technologies, and market requirements.
• Support product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer meetings.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC control products from Belimo, Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Castle Valves, Advance Valves, Sant Valves, Kitz

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for pre-sales activities, including product application, selection, sizing, and solution recommendations.


• Support installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of HVAC control and comfort products.

• Control valves


• Pressure Independent Control Valves (PICVs)


• Actuators


• Temperature, pressure, and humidity sensors


• Differential pressure devices and related HVAC components


• Guide customers, contractors, and partners on best practices for installation, commissioning, and maintenance.


• Assist in hydraulic/hydronic balancing of HVAC systems and recommend suitable balancing solutions.
