Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced TAC support engineer to serve as the first technical contact for Aruba Switching customers. You will create and manage TAC cases in HPE systems, maintain proactive communication with customers, and collect troubleshooting data while following standard runbooks.

Required are 4-6+ years in network operations or TAC roles, strong TCP/IP/OSI knowledge, and experience with Aruba AOS-CX/S CLI.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in Network operations, NOC, TAC support, or Field networking.
• Networking Fundamentals: TCP/IP, OSI Model, Subnetting, and IP addressing.
• Switching Fundamentals: Aruba AOS-CX & AOS-S CLI, Interface configuration.
• Basic Linux & Windows troubleshooting, CLI access, Case management tools.
