Responsibilities

• Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, security, and usability.
• Contributing to the main code base of the service for short term and long term fix.
• Identifying and reporting defects and bugs, and working with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Utilising manual and automated testing tools and methodologies to optimise the testing process.
• Continuously improving the quality of software products by analysing metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

As a Integration Support Engineer at Orange Health, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
