Job summary

Qualifications

• B.Tech./B.E./M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology with relevant experience of one year after the degree.
• Experience in SAP MM and e-Tendering Platforms handling end-to-end procurement lifecycle for infra, renovation & maintenance projects in compliance with GFR guidelines.
• Experience and strong knowledge in SAP Project Systems (PS) module for project budgeting, monitoring and reporting for major infrastructure projects.
• Experience in website maintenance, content management and publication of tender notices and updates through CPPP or similar platforms.
• Experience in managing multiple funding sources and consolidated financial and management reports including payments processing and fund reconciliation for institutions with large budgets.
• Experience in cross-functional teamwork for integration of technical, financial, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Tender Management and technical issue resolution for internal staff and external vendors.

• Project System – WBS creation and related data management and reporting.

Job description

Essential Qualification & Experience

Applicants with the following sets of essential qualifications and mandatory experience can apply for the position of Technical Superintendent :

B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology with relevant experience of one year after the degree.

Relevant Experience:

1. Experience in SAP(ERP) MM and e-Tendering Platforms, handling end-to-end procurement lifecycle for infrastructure, renovation & maintenance projects including requisitions, sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, purchase order issuance, contract management and vendor coordination in strict compliance with GFR guidelines.

2. Experience and strong knowledge in SAP Project Systems (PS) module for project/WBS creation, budget planning, budget monitoring, expenditure tracking, and project-related reporting for major infrastructure projects.

3. Experience in website maintenance, content management, and publication of tender notices, bid documents, corrigenda and project updates through web-based platforms like CPPP etc.

4. Experience in managing multiple funding sources and preparing consolidated financial and management reports including payments processing, fund reconciliation and monitoring of funds within educational institutions having annual infrastructure and operational budgets exceeding 500 crore

5. Experience in working with cross-functional teams for smooth integration of technical, financial, and operational processes.

Compensation range

Pay Level 6 (35400-112400)
