Job description

I. Purpose of the Role

Technical Specification Engineer drives the commercial strategy for overground flooring in South India by increasing the system share of steel fibre concrete and providing technical support to regional sales managers. They generate leads, create profitable sales opportunities, and offer technical advice to design offices and customers. Target applications include industrial flooring and pavements.

II. Roles and Responsibilities

• Strengthen Technical Representation: Build strong connections with architects, structural engineers, PMCs, and consultants through interactive sessions, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Engage with the Engineering Community: Collaborate with engineers to identify project leads early and ensure our unique specifications are included.
• Support Regional Sales Managers: Work closely with sales managers to safeguard our project specifications by actively engaging with key stakeholders.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
• Prioritize Key Engineering Offices: Identify and focus on influential engineering offices and consultants to increase the adoption of our solutions.
• Educate and Build Relationships: Offer courses, seminars, and practical assistance to engineers, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Provide Technical Support: Assist sales teams with technical designs, project strategies, and on‑site support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
