Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking a Salesforce QA specialist in Pune (Balewadi) for 4–6 years of experience in testing Sales and Service Cloud functionalities within automotive/manufacturing domains.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, creating and executing test cases, documenting defects, and developing automation scripts for Salesforce applications, with Jira used for issue tracking and production validation support.

Qualifications

• Must have understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
• Automotive or Manufacturing domain processes experience.
• Knowledge of Dealer, Service, and Order management processes.
• Experience in requirement analysis, test case creation, regression testing, and test case documentation.
• Experience in testing functionalities per requirements and documenting bugs.
• Experience scripting test scenarios for Salesforce applications.
• Familiar with tools for creating and executing test cases.
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing automation test scripts for Salesforce apps.
• Ability to design test conditions, data, and scripts for business and technical use cases.
• Ability to document, track, and escalate issues using JIRA.
• Support during production deployment and perform validation testing.

Area(s) of responsibility

Salesforce Functional Tester/QA (Senior QA/Tester):

Experience: 4-6 years (min 3 years relevant in Salesforce)

• Must have good understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities
• Should have Automotive or Manufacturing domain processes experience
• Should have good understanding of Dealer management, Service management and Order management related processes.
• Must have experience of requirement analysis, test case creation, regression testing, test cases documentation
• Must have experience in testing functionalities as per requirement, capturing and documenting bugs/issues.
• Must have experience scripting test scenarios for salesforce applications
• Should have good understanding tools available for creation and execution of test cases.
• Should have experience in Designing, Executing and analysing automation test scripts & test results for Salesforce applications
• Should have experience in designing and creating test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases
• Should be able to use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function
• Should be able to document, track and escalation issues as appropriate, using JIRA
• Should be able to support during production deployment of applications and perform “validation testing”
