Job summary

Vivantify Bengaluru seeks a Specialist - Quality Engineering with 5–7 years of Salesforce QA expertise to validate Agentforce agents, Salesforce customizations, AI-driven workflows, and integrative business processes. You will help ensure secure, scalable, high-quality deployments across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce QA experience.
• Hands-on testing of Agentforce and AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
• AI validation, prompt testing, and conversation testing experience.
• Understanding of Apex, LWC, Flows, security model, and sharing concepts.
• REST/SOAP API testing and integration testing.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce and Agentforce solutions.
• Validate Agentforce agents, topics, actions, prompts, guardrails, instructions, and conversational workflows.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, security, and business relevance.

• Validate REST/SOAP APIs and external integrations.

The role focuses on validating Agentforce agents, Salesforce customizations, AI-driven workflows, integrations, and end-to-end business processes to ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality deployments.

Job Description

The role involves developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies for Salesforce Agentforce and enterprise applications, covering functional, integration, regression, system, UAT, and end-to-end testing. You will validate Agentforce topics, actions, prompts, instructions, guardrails, conversational workflows, and AI-generated responses.

You will also test Salesforce customizations, APIs, external integrations, and business workflows across platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. The role requires close collaboration with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners throughout the development and release lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Salesforce QA / Testing with 5+ years of experience.
• Hands‑on testing of Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, or AI‑enabled Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Functional, regression, integration, API, and end‑to‑end testing.
• AI validation, prompt testing, conversation testing, and agent behavior verification.
• Salesforce testing tools and defect management platforms.
• Understanding of Apex, LWC, Flows, Salesforce security model, and sharing concepts.
• REST/SOAP API and integration workflow testing.
• Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Test automation experience with Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or ACCELQ.
• Exposure to Agentforce Studio, Prompt Builder, and Einstein AI capabilities.
