Flutter Entertainment India LLP is seeking a Technical Specialist for People Analytics to design, develop, and maintain scalable Workday reporting solutions, enabling secure, automated, and self‑service analytics for data‑driven decisions. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver trusted metrics and insights.

The role covers building complex Workday reports, validating HR data, and promoting best practices, with hybrid work: 2 office days per week and comprehensive health

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports, Data Sources, Calculated Fields, and Custom Objects.
• Experience gathering business requirements and delivering reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data validation skills.
• Desirable: Experience with Tableau.
• Desirable: Exposure to Workday PRISM, Discovery Boards, or RaaS.
• Desirable: Knowledge of data modelling, automation, or GenAI-enabled analytics.
