KeyResponsibilities
1.SharePoint Online
- Administer and troubleshoot SharePointsites, permissions, document libraries, lists, synchronization, sharingand storage.
- Manage SharePoint security and externalsharing.
- Create/manage SharePoint Lists and integratewith Planner/Power Automate for task tracking and workflows.
- Support SharePoint integrations and relatedend-user issues.
2.Microsoft Teams
- Configure and manage Teams, channels,memberships, permissions and Teams policies.
- Troubleshoot Teams application, meeting,calling and connectivity issues.
- Manage Teams applications and integrationswith SharePoint, OneDrive and other M365 services.
- Support Teams governance and securityrequirements.
3.OneDrive
- Administer and troubleshoot OneDrive access,synchronization, storage and sharing issues.
- Manage storage quotas and internal/externalsharing.
4.Exchange Online
- Manage user/shared mailboxes, distributionlists and mail flow rules.
- Troubleshoot Outlook and ExchangeOnline-related issues.
5.Microsoft 365 & Compliance
- Support Exchange Online, Planner andPower Automate administration.
- Configure/manage Purview DLP, Retention,Litigation Hold, Content Search and eDiscovery .
- Perform Microsoft 365 Audit Loginvestigations using PowerShell.
- Provide L2 support and drive incidents toclosure within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with Microsoft Support, clienttechnical teams and business stakeholders for critical/high-severityissues.
7.Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare SOPs, configuration/hardeningdocuments and technical documentation.
- Generate compliance, governance, usage,security and audit reports as required.
Qualifications& Skills
- 5–6 years of relevant Microsoft 365administration/L2 support experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SharePointOnline, Teams and OneDrive .
- Working knowledge of Exchange Online,Purview and PowerShell.
- Experience with Power Automate and Microsoft365 integrations.
- Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in IT or relatedfield.
- Microsoft 365/SharePoint certifications arean advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication anddocumentation skills.
