We are looking for an Application Engineer with strong knowledge of CAD (2d/3d cad software, AutoCAD / similar products) to join our technical team. The ideal candidate should have a background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field and be comfortable interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and demonstrating software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct AutoCAD software demonstrations for customers and prospects.
• Visit clients for product demonstrations, technical discussions, training, and requirement gathering.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team.
• Conduct product training and knowledge sessions for customers.
• Assist customers with technical queries, troubleshooting, and software-related issues.
• Create practical workflows and use cases based on customer requirements.
• Conduct workshops and presentations for architects, interior designers, consultants, and other professionals.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support customer meetings and business opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in CAD and design technology.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD or similar products.
• Good understanding of 2D drafting, drawings, layouts, blocks, layers, annotation, and documentation.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and conducting software demonstrations.
• Strong problem-solving and learning attitude.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
