Job summary

Retail Impact in India is seeking a site supervisor to oversee the installation of ACP cladding, signage systems, and LED displays. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure projects meet drawings, schedules, and quality standards.

You will read AutoCAD drawings, manage fabrication handoffs, and ensure safety and compliance across sites nationwide. Relevant engineering background and travel readiness are preferred for timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of ACP cladding, MS/SS/Aluminium structures, LED signs, pylons, and wayfinding signage.
• Execute projects per approved drawings, BOQ, and client specifications.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and installation teams.
• Ensure completion within schedule while maintaining quality.
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication and installation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, project managers, and vendors.
• Prepare daily progress, installation, and material reconciliation reports.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available at site.
• Monitor installation quality, alignment, finishing, and safety.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and SOPs.
• Attend client inspections and support project handover.
• Coordinate with fabrication team for timely dispatch and execution.

• Execute projects as per approved drawings, BOQ, and client specifications.
• Manage site manpower, subcontractors, and installation teams.
• Ensure work is completed within the project schedule while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication and installation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, project managers, and vendors.
• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), installation reports, and material reconciliation reports.
• Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Monitor installation quality, alignment, finishing, and structural safety.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.
• Attend client inspections and support project handover activities.
• Coordinate with the fabrication team for timely dispatch and execution

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, or related Engineering.
• ITI candidates with relevant signage installation experience may also apply
• Experience in airport, metro, railway, commercial, retail branding, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of safety practices and site documentation.
• Willingness to travel across India.
