Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong Signage & Wayfinding Technical
work at the intersection of environmental graphics, fabrication detailing, and cost control,
ensuring that wayfinding systems are buildable, compliant, and execution-ready. Your work
will span corporate workplaces, retail environments, healthcare facilities, public institutions,
and mixed‑use developments. If you think in millimeters, understand materials deeply, and

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs covering materials, finishes, hardware, electrical components, and installation scope.
- Develop comprehensive technical specifications including substrates, finishes, fixing methods, illumination systems, durability, and maintenance standards.
- Create fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and installation details aligned with design intent.
- Establish signage schedules with coding, sizes, quantities, and location references.
- Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for coordination and site feasibility.
- Coordinate with vendors and fabricators to validate materials, mock-ups, costing, and production accuracy.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and installation quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, safety norms, fire regulations, and local codes.
- Support tender documentation, contractor evaluation, and value engineering exercises.
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, or allied fields.
- 3–6 years of experience in signage, wayfinding, interior fit‑outs, or architectural technical documentation (open to strong freshers).
- Strong knowledge of materials such as ACP, MS/SS fabrication, acrylic, vinyl, glass, LED systems, and finishing processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and familiarity with SketchUp or similar 3D tools.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and cost estimation.
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and installation methods.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
