Responsibilities

Provide technical support and guidance to internal departments and external customers.
Monitor, inspect, and maintain equipment, systems, and technical infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve technical faults and operational issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Prepare technical reports, service records, and maintenance documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for technical requirements.
Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Support project implementation and technical upgrades as required.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure proper functioning of technical assets.
Provide training and technical assistance to staff when needed.
