Job summary

Reliance Infrastructure is seeking a senior electrical maintenance professional to lead preventive maintenance, coordinate with AMC vendors, and ensure smooth shutdown activities. The role requires 10–15 years of experience in maintaining electrical systems, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

You will oversee elevator maintenance during shutdowns, conduct periodic tests on critical equipment, and implement energy-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety

Responsibilities

• Prepare preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with AMC vendors and maintain PPM records.
• Maintain elevator maintenance records during shutdowns.
• Prepare shutdown work lists and coordinate with vendors.
• Perform periodic testing of critical equipment (DG load, emergency lighting, lifts).
• Promote energy conservation and suggest efficiency solutions.
• Prepare SOPs and train staff on equipment use.
• Manage inventory and material delivery with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with event management agencies for events and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure safe electrical connections and load testing prior to events.
• Maintain electrical bill records and justify year-to-year variations.
• Coordinate with project teams for renovations and small modification projects.

Job description

Knowledge of Maintenance & trouble shooting of HT, LT panels , 11 KV DG sets, UPS , VFD , Transformers ATS etc.

To prepare preventive maintenance schedule of all electrical equipments and installation and ensure it is being carried out as per schedule.

To coordinate with AMC vendor for preventive maintenance of equipment and ensure all PPM records are maintained

To ensure elevator maintenance is being done during the shutdown and maintain all records of the same.

To prepare list of shutdown works and coordinate with vendors and execute the same during shutdown period

To carry out all period testings of critical equipments i.e DG load testing, emergency lighting, Lift ARD etc

To take initiative for energy conservation by monitoring and controlling of energy usage and suggest energy efficiency solutions

To prepare SOP for all equipments and conduct training to subordinate and staff for the same.

Knowledge of Lutron lighting control system & DMX protocols.

Inventory management & coordination for material delivery with concerned department.

To coordinate with various event management agency and fulfil all requirements related to events and ensure event goes without any issue.

Ensure safe electrical connections and do proper load testing prior to event

Knowledge of purchase request, work order & billing related services.

Knowledge of overall MEP services

To prepare and maintain electricity bill records, comparison with last years with justifications

Coordination with project team for major renovation and modifications

To coordinate with in-house design team and execute small modification projects

To conduct frequent trainings to the subordinates & colleagues.

To ensure compliance of statutory records i.e electrical inspector, lift inspector

Education Requirement :

Experience Requirement :

10-15 years of experience maintenance of electrical system
