Job summary

PureStorage in Bengaluru is seeking a Technical Services Engineer Representative to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues across hardware and software within Product lines. You will perform software/hardware upgrades and support RMA dispatch while collaborating with Support, Engineering, and field teams.

The role requires hands-on customer-facing experience, ability to work weekends, strong communication, and solid storage/OS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in customer-facing roles or technical support environments.
• Workdays include weekends with rotational shift schedules in a 24/7 support environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid technical aptitude with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Understanding of enterprise storage concepts (SAN, NAS, Fibre Channel, Ethernet, IP, iSCSI).
• Familiarity with major OS platforms (Linux, VMware, Windows) and willingness to deepen expertise.
• Comfort using CLI/SSH and common tooling to read and interpret logs.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, with good time management.

THE ROLE

As a Technical Services Engineer Representative at Everpure, you will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis will include hardware, software, and environmental factors within our Product lines.

Our Support Engineers utilize their deep technical expertise to troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them.

Ability to perform implementation work such as Software and Hardware upgrades and RMA dispatch.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues across all severity levels using collaboration and troubleshooting best practices.
• Proactively understand customer requirements and expectations to deliver effective solutions.
• Communicate with customers in a clear, concise, and professional manner across all interactions.
• Create and maintain knowledge base (KB) articles and FAQs for both internal and customer facing use.
• Manage multiple support cases and priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
• Act as a customer advocate by driving issues internally and representing the company externally.
• Collaborate within a team environment, contributing to shared goals while continuously learning and growing.
• Participate in weekend, public holiday, and on call support rotations as required.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and bring enthusiasm to your work.
• Work primarily from the Bangalore office in alignment with company policies, unless on approved leave, travel, or remote exceptions.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
