Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) seeks a proactive Liaison Executive to support statutory approvals and NOCs for real estate projects in Mumbai. You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and government authorities to ensure timely processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidates have 2–5 years in liaison or regulatory coordination within real estate or construction, with exposure to municipal corporations and development authorities.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in liaison, statutory approvals, or regulatory coordination.
• Experience coordinating with municipal corporations, development authorities and government departments.
• Exposure to residential and commercial real estate projects.

To support the Liaison team in obtaining statutory approvals, permissions, NOCs, and clearances from relevant government authorities and regulatory bodies for real estate projects. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, external consultants, and government authorities to ensure timely processing of approvals and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in liaison, technical services, statutory approvals, or regulatory coordination within the real estate or construction industry.
• Experience in coordinating with municipal corporations, development authorities, and other government departments is preferred.
• Candidates with exposure to residential and commercial real estate projects will be preferred.
