Bihariji Ispat Udyog is seeking a seasoned Environmental Compliance Liaison to manage regulatory affairs for real estate and construction projects. The role involves preparing EC documents, tracking approvals, and coordinating with government bodies and consultants.

The candidate will maintain compliance records, monitor regulatory changes, and ensure timely submissions to authorities, with strong documentation and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• 12 years of relevant liaisoning and regulatory compliance experience.
• Prior knowledge of HSPCB procedures and EC compliances is essential.
• Basic understanding of environmental regulations applicable to real estate and construction projects.
• Good documentation, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

• Assist in Environmental Clearance (EC) documentation, compliance reporting, and renewals.
