Job summary

We are looking for an Officer/Senior Officer for Sales Support department based in Mumbai who will be an integral part of the Sales Team and reporting to VP- Sales Support

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibility of this role is generating the quotation using back office tool (ALDAVAR). This tool is developed & maintained by our IT professionals considering our business need. With regards to quotation generation for leased vehicles, it is mainly a data entry process in the Quotation creation program in Aldavar tool where persons needs to enter / select correct values as per client requirement. In addition to this the person needs to keep track of approvals taken for any kind of deviation from to the standard process.

Qualification & requirements

• Education Qualification- Graduate [from any stream]
• Work experience of 3-4 years
• Average communication skills – written and oral with average fluency in English and the local language.
• Need to have knowledge about Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)
• Savvy and easy to adapt to digital tools
• Effective in usage of social media platforms if required
