Job summary

ARCH HR SOLUTIONS is seeking a Technical Sales Officer for a reputed Diagnostic Company in Thane, Mumbai. The role requires educating clinicians on 4th Generation Molecular Allergology testing, sharing technical literature, and mapping the territory for new prospects.

You should possess a strong scientific background in Biochemistry/Biotechnology or Pharmacy and demonstrate excellent communication and sales skills to drive business growth within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Pharmacy or Science with Biochemistry/Biotechnology focus.
• MSc Biochemistry/Biotech may be considered for advanced roles.
• Candidates should have strong technical/product knowledge and clinical exposure.

Responsibilities

• Attend product training and develop strong technical/product knowledge
• Meet clinicians and promote advanced and 4th Generation Molecular Allergology Testing
• Share product brochures, literature and technical information with clinicians
• Map the assigned territory and identify potential sales prospects
• Build and manage the sales funnel through a structured sales process
• Stay updated on product themes, visual aids, product dossiers and other technical resources
• Build, maintain and grow the business within the assigned territory
