Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally.
• Understand customer technical issues and recommend suitable subscription plans.
• Sell technical support services for software, computer security, printer support, email support, antivirus solutions, and related IT services.
• Convert inbound inquiries into successful sales; upsell and cross-sell; build trust through consultative selling.
