Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with 1–5 years of international BPO/ IT sales experience.
• Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in International Voice Process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers professionally.
• Understand customer technical concerns and recommend suitable support plans.
• Sell subscription-based technical support services.
• Promote software support, antivirus subscriptions, printer support, email support, and computer optimization services.
• Upsell and cross-sell premium technical support packages.
