Pagaar India is seeking a Technical Sales Executive for our International BPO inbound sales process in Delhi. You will handle inbound calls from international customers, understand technical requirements and propose subscription-based support solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in international voice processes, and a proven ability to convert inquiries into sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with a keenness for sales and IT services.
• Experience in International BPO or IT sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers and professionally guide them.
• Understand technical issues and recommend suitable subscription plans.
