Job summary

Ghrs Training is hiring for Technical Support International Voice Process for a Big4 client in Hyderabad. The role requires handling international voice interactions, driving B2B sales support and delivering quality customer service.

Candidates with at least 1 year in international sales, familiarity with Microsoft hardware/software, CRM tools, and willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment are preferred. Immediate joiners are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft hardware and software products/solutions.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and basic customer relationship management.
• Experience in inside sales and customer service for B2B clients.
• Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts and able to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Handle international voice process for Big4 client.
• Engage with customers to qualify leads and support sales efforts.
• Provide quality customer service and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries.
