Job summary

Friulsider India | Your Fixing Expert is looking for a dynamic technical sales professional in Mumbai to drive growth in the construction materials sector. You will engage consultants, contractors and EPCs, understand client requirements, and present engineered solutions with precise product selections.

The role requires a background in civil/ mechanical engineering with proven technical sales experience, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Construction or related engineering discipline preferred.
• Experience in technical sales, construction products, building materials, fastening systems, engineering products or related industries will be an advantage.
• Candidates with relevant technical sales experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits and project visits to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare and support technical proposals, quotations, product selections and application recommendations.
• Develop relationships with consultants, contractors, EPC companies, project managers and procurement teams.
• Identify and develop new projects and customers within the assigned territory.
• Track enquiries, quotations, opportunities and project pipelines from specification to closure.
• Support the sales team with technical presentations, product demonstrations and application-related queries.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, specifications and market activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records and provide regular reports.
• Contribute to new business development, revenue growth and market expansion.
