Cars24 Services Pvt. Ltd. in Ranchi is seeking a Technical Retail Associate (TRA) to handle walk-in customers at the Cars24 yard, understand their requirements, perform basic vehicle inspections, and help customers sell their cars through Cars24.

The ideal candidate should possess good car knowledge, strong customer handling and negotiation skills, and a valid driving license. This is a full-time, yard-based role with targets and a focus on delivering a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Good technical knowledge of cars and basic automobile understanding.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Valid Driving License is mandatory.
• Comfortable working in a yard-based and customer-facing environment.
• Willingness to handle calling and follow-ups with customers.
• Prior experience in automobile sales or related roles will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle and assist walk-in customers at the Cars24 yard.
• Conduct basic inspection and evaluation of customer vehicles.
• Explain the vehicle inspection process and provide relevant information to customers.
• Pitch and convince customers to sell their cars through Cars24.
• Explain and sell the Car Health Report to customers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Negotiate with customers and work towards successful deal closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of vehicle sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle-related information in the system.
• Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and business targets.

About the Role
