Job summary

NowPurchase is seeking a motivated Executive/Sr. Executive in Pune to investigate and resolve customer quality complaints related to scrap and processed materials. You will provide metallurgical support, conduct RCA, and drive CAPA initiatives to improve product quality and yield.

The role requires collaboration with Operations, Quality, and Sales teams, with regular field visits to customer plants. Diploma or B.Tech in Metallurgy is preferred, and 0-2 years of experience is expected.

• Visit customer plants and processing facilities to provide technical support and resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare technical reports, complaint investigation reports, and quality improvement recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, metallurgical best practices, and customer specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve process performance.
