Job summary

NowPurchase is seeking an Executive/Sr. Executive in Pune to investigate and resolve customer quality complaints related to scrap and processed materials, providing metallurgical and technical support.

You will perform root cause analysis, drive CAPA, collaborate with Operations, Quality, Procurement and Sales, and prepare technical reports and improvement recommendations.

Diploma or B.Tech in Metallurgy with 0-2 years' experience preferred; travel to customer sites may be required.

What Your Day Actually Looks Like:

It involves conducting root cause analysis (RCA), driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and recommending process improvements to enhance product quality, consistency, and yield. The position requires regular visits to customer foundries and processing facilities to address technical issues, close collaboration with Operations, Quality, Procurement, and Sales teams, monitoring quality performance through data analysis, preparing technical reports, and ensuring processed materials consistently meet customer specifications.
