Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, SuccessFactors) and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience hiring for software engineering, cloud, DevOps, data engineering, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or related technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
• Develop strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Evaluate resumes, refresh job descriptions, and post open roles.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring teams to optimize recruitment processes.
• Find and engage top talent on Naukri, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and build a strong talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment operations, with a proven ability to identify, engage, and hire high-quality talent across multiple technology domains

This is a 1 year contract

Key Responsibilities

• -Manage End-to-End Recruitment for Technical Roles.


• -Develop strategies to attract active and passive candidates.


• -Evaluate Resumes, Refresh Job Descriptions, and Post Open Roles.


• -Screen and Assess candidates for Technical skills and cultural fit.


• -Collaborate with Hiring teams to optimize recruitment processes.


• -Find and Engage Top Talent on Naukri, LinkedIn & Social Media Platforms.


• -Stay Updated on Industry Trends & Build a Strong Talent Pipeline.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies.


• Proven experience hiring for Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Product Management, or related technical roles.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
