• As we continue to expand our consulting, product development, and staffing capabilities, we are looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter who can help us build strong talent pipelines, create and manage resource benches, support business development efforts, and drive recruitment for SAP, SaaS, software engineering, cloud, AI, and enterprise technology projects.

Role Description

• We are hiring a Technical Recruiter with experience in SAP recruitment, SaaS hiring, software product company hiring, and technology staffing.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, building talent pipelines, creating resource benches, marketing available consultants, generating leads for staffing opportunities, and supporting resource placement activities.
• This role requires a recruiter who understands technology, can identify quality talent quickly, build relationships with consultants, and support both recruitment and bench sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for SAP, SaaS, software development, cloud, AI, integration, and enterprise technology roles.
• Build and maintain a strong bench of SAP consultants, software engineers, architects, project managers, UI/UX designers, AI engineers, and cloud professionals.
• Market and sell available bench resources to clients, partners, implementation companies, and staffing organizations.
• Generate leads for consultant placements, contract staffing opportunities, and project-based resource requirements.
• Work closely with sales, business development, delivery teams, and leadership to identify staffing opportunities.
• Recruit candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
• Perform candidate screening, technical qualification checks, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and resource databases for future requirements.
• Build relationships with SAP consultants, software engineers, architects, and technology professionals across multiple domains.
• Track recruiter KPIs, hiring metrics, bench utilization, lead generation activities, and placement success rates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand resource requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Support domestic and US staffing requirements.
• Generate leads for US-based consultants and identify placement opportunities.
• Maintain recruitment reports, candidate trackers, pipeline reports, and placement dashboards.
