Job summary

Pratiti Technologies seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Teamcenter delivery across global teams. You will plan, execute, test, deploy, and provide hyper care support for Teamcenter workstreams while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders in business, engineering, IT, and external partners.

Strong PM, Agile, and communications skills are essential. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in enterprise application delivery, Teamcenter implementation experience, and deep PLM

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise application delivery.
• Proven experience managing Siemens Teamcenter implementations, enhancements, or support programs.
• Experience with Teamcenter implementation/configuration solutions.
• Strong understanding of PLM, engineering workflows, document management, BOM management, and change control processes.
• Experience coordinating global cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with engineering digital transformation or modernization programs.
• Knowledge of integrations involving SAP, CAD systems, Polarion, or related engineering platforms.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
